AMIRI Clothing: A Head-to-Toe Breakdown of What the House Really Sells
Take a straw poll on what amiri clothing consists of and the reply is reliably distressed jeans. That was the starting point, and the centre of gravity has not moved, although denim now accounts for a fraction of what the label sells. This is a survey of the whole range, category by category, using names taken from official pages and authorised stockists rather than blog copy. That matters here, because plenty of writing about this label repeats model names that do not exist. Prices throughout are observed market figures from 2026 listings, not an official price list, and they move. Founded by Mike Amiri, the house is a Los Angeles one that shows in Paris, and it was menswear-first until womenswear arrived in 2021.
Denim, and the Names That Are Real
Repair is the operative verb, because garments are hand-distressed and then visibly rebuilt with contrast material. The MX1 is the signature jean, a skinny five-pocket cut in Italian stretch denim repaired with pleated leather, and its official composition names ovine leather as the contrast. It belongs to the Core Collection, is made in the USA, and is observed at $1,090. The Stack begins the core denim at an observed $750, is also made in the USA, and carries a long inseam engineered to concertina at the ankle rather than a length error. Thrasher is the pure hand-distressed expression, without the structured leather panel that defines the MX1, while Shotgun carries blown-out frayed holes with sanded edges. Sources differ over the panelling of MX2, which is a genuine model name all the same, and its collection pages showed no live products when checked in 2026.

Finishes Are Not the Same Thing as Fits
Writing about this label errs most often by raising a treatment into a fit name. Bandana is a motif carried across the line, and amiri it pops up as the MX1 Bandana Jacquard, the MX1 International, the Bandana Repair Straight Jean, a Bandana Short and a Bandana Buckle Boot. Because the paisley panel goes exactly where leather sits on an MX1, it is a swap rather than decoration. The same logic governs Crystal, which produces a Crystal Thrasher, a Crystal Shotgun and a Crystal Skel-Top Low at the top of their bands. The same is true of Stud, Eagle, Aloha, Monogram and MA Quad, which apply identically across models. MX3 exists only as the women’s Baggy MX3, a motocross-inspired hybrid observed at $990, and not as a men’s tier above the MX2.
Hoodies and Sweatshirts
The bones motif is the cross-category signature, the same skeleton that sits on amiri sneakers. The Bones Oversized Hoodie, the Bones Fleece Zip Hoodie and the Bones Stacked Hoodie all carry it, and it reached jersey hoodies for Pre-Spring 2026. The MA Core Logo Hoodie is the calmest, described on its official page as a normal fit with kangaroo pocket, MA icon and core logo. It is one hundred per cent cotton, it is made in the USA, and it has been observed at $650. The MA Quad Zip, Varsity Patch Zip, Club Amiri Zip and MA Quad Flames hoodies sit at the more worked end. The observed band stretches from about $650 to roughly $1,345, and the top of it discounts hardest.
Jersey: The T-Shirts
Two core tees are made, and conflating the pair is a standing habit. Core Collection, one hundred per cent cotton and made in Italy, the MA Core Logo Tee sets the MA icon at the chest and the core logo across the back. From a Pre-Fall 2022 collection, the MA Bar Logo Tee is another garment entirely, a printed cotton regular fit with the bar logo, made in Los Angeles. Shop for an amiri t shirt and you will meet dozens of graphic variants beyond that pair, among them Quality Goods Patch, Eagle, Dreamers Chain Stitch and Club Amiri. The observed band sits between about $425 and about $930, and long sleeves and worked graphics take the top of it. It is also the most counterfeited part of the range, and the quickest to reach discount.
The Shirting Group
Flannel is a founding pillar rather than a seasonal add-on, and the house’s own history cites grungy flannel shirting among its origins. The current expression is the MA Quad Bleached Flannel, observed at $1,290, which puts a single amiri shirt above the price of most of the jeans. The Bones Flannel Overshirt sits lower at roughly $865 and carries the skeleton motif instead of the quad. Both are overshirt-weight rather than dress-shirt-weight, because this is outerwear-adjacent shirting. Denim shirting shades into outerwear by way of the Denim Repair Work Jacket and the trucker constructions. If a crisp poplin business shirt is what you want, this is not the house that specialises in one.
Jackets, Varsity and Denim Outerwear
The price ceiling lives in outerwear. The varsity family anchors it, built from wool bodies with contrast leather sleeves, chenille appliques, welt zip pockets and snap closures. A Varsity Patch Jacket was observed at about $2,310 and marked down to roughly $1,155 in season, which says a lot about how this brand trades. Substantial wool and pebbled leather sleeves make up the Staggered Varsity Jacket. Denim outerwear is covered by the Denim Repair Work Jacket at roughly $1,880, the Studs Flames Studded Trucker at about $1,815 and the Lea Bones Denim Blouson at about $1,399. A panelled Sport Leather Jacket exists as well, but no named bomber is a flagship here in the way the varsity is.
The Soft-Goods End: Track, Shorts and Sweats
Soft goods exist here, but with nothing like the codification the denim has. A Track Jacket exists in black and alabaster with elastic waistband and zip closure, alongside a Sport Denim Track Jacket. The side-stripe language extends into denim rather than jersey on the Track Jean. Seasonal shorts are part of it, with the Bandana Short as the clearest example of a treatment moved into a new silhouette. Sweatpants are in the line, but no flagship tracksuit is documented as the MX1 or the house sneaker are. Distrust any article that names the definitive tracksuit, and buy on fabric and fit instead.
Accessories, Women’s and Kids’
Accessories are a genuine category and not a token one, running to well over a hundred men’s products. Small leather goods, bags, eyewear, hats, scarves and gloves, bag straps, key chains, socks and briefs are all listed in official navigation. Bags are the growing end, the Biscotto Bag among them, which the house describes as having a gently folded shape reminiscent of a fortune cookie. Eyewear is sold, but no licensing partner could be identified, so any article naming one should be treated as unverified. Individual belts exist, yet without a standalone navigation category, which keeps them short of pillar status. No entry price points for socks, caps and key chains were captured here, and it is better to leave that gap open than to invent figures. Launched in 2021, womenswear now reaches denim, jersey, handbags and a women’s cut of the house sneaker, with kids’ alongside it.
Observed Price Bands Across the Range
What follows is read from 2026 listings on the brand’s own channel and at authorised multi-brand retail. They are observations and not policy, and two forces distort any simple reading. The first is structural discounting, with authorised retailers cutting in-season stock by forty to seventy per cent and an off-price arm of one stockist group carrying past-season goods. Second, embellished and reconstructed pieces sit above their band with no published ceiling. A useful rule of thumb is that the calm core piece anchors each category, with everything worked sitting above it. Treat the table as a range for sanity-checking a listing rather than a price you should expect to pay.

Reading the Range as a Whole
Seen end to end, the line is narrower in logic than it looks in a lookbook. A single motif family and a single construction idea, visible repair, explain most of what makes a garment recognisable across categories. Because origin is set piece by piece rather than brand-wide, core denim and some jersey are US-made and amiri shoes are not. Buyer sizing guidance agrees across every soft category, with tailoring running trim and a size up the usual advice unless a style is already named oversized. For amiri men starting from zero, the calm core pieces are the way in, and worked outerwear is the last thing to buy at full price. Everything here is clothing bought to be worn, and behind it sits a functioning but generally sub-retail secondary market.
